They shut down 60,000 websites. Granted, these are companies run in their jurisdiction but I don't see this doing anything at all considering there'll be another 10,000 websites before the Chinese New Year set up in their country.

Like religion, pornography is difficult to stamp out in China. I think part of it has to do with that one-child only law. Such sexual repression.
