So this was the place where he was hiding...quite different from the actual description from the secret page.

Pardon for the large bump, but I've been searching for the little blighter for nearly an hour now and I can't find him. I've got Kasumi's owls and Kurumi with the Kitty Band on too, so I've got the True Sight covered.

Can anyone please help with more concrete directions? First fork doesn't seem to be helping much.

never mind, realized I was derping and was searching in Chapter 6, not Chapter 8.
