What tools and such does one require if one wish to make campaigns for WC3?
Where can one find campaigns for download that are of the same quality of the ones that were made for SC?
And lastly what should one be thinking of when making a campaign for WC3?(what does one need?)

For tools... unless you're a modeler, you should be good off with just WorldEdit (Unless you spam doodads/units on huge maps like I do, then you also need to pray for a WE no limits or equivelent to get released for the latest version).
For good campaigns to check out, first on mind would be WoS. There isn't many decent campaigns released... Heart of Storms will be coming out in the future at SA, which you should keep an eye on.
Second, WE is a time-consuming bug-filled bastard child of StarEdit. Be prepared to learn JASS for advanced triggering, AI, and other such things.

Played all Wos. I noticed there very few campaigns worth playing out there. I'm just really going for basic changes sorta like antioch did just with quality story and some small skin changes here and there.
What is the WC3 modding community missing? Theres seems to be lots of people doing mods and stuff but nothing is being released?

What's missing is a sense of realistic perspective as regards to what a person is able to do. Most of the mods are just too ambitious for their own good.

Yes they seem to take years to get anything done.
