Someone always says that when I bash something. I just don't like the universes or stories for most games and movies. They're too simple, too cliche. I'm a literary guy. I write, and I work my ass off to make sure I don't tumble into any big pitfalls. Yeah, I'm vocal when I don't like stuff. People tend to be that way. But there are things I do like. I liked Baldur's Gate, I loved Planetscape: Torment, Body Harvest, Battle Tanx... Though people have been saying the gameplay of ME2 is a lot better than ME1 which was my biggest gripe about it.

I wouldn't rely much on GameSpot if I were you, Des. Being a large, known game site, she, IGN, and GameSpy give these notes pretty much because EA gives them the money. The example comes from RA3: Uprising itself: Because of EA's idea of charging download instead of selling DVDs, it couldn't sell much to bribe GameSpot, which in turn gave a 5 to it while others gave grades 7-10.Desler wrote: Amazing that more of you guys don't have it. The universe is huge, and they are constantly using terminology native to that universe, so if you don't know the various alien races or locations, its easy to get lost in the dialogue. But if you can keep up just a bit, it's interesting.
