Is there a way, to deactivate the cheat codes in StarCraft via modding?

No, I don't think so. I think the cheats are hardcoded in the game.

You can design unique 'consequences' through triggering, but that's about as far as you can go.

Legion is mostly correct. It is hardcoded so unless you want to get into plugins or custom FG EXE edits there is no way.

Isn't it possible to change the input text for them? I thought I remembered someone having done that a long. long time ago.

Yeah, it's absolutely no problem to change only the text message. And you referred to The Bob Levels II, Symmetry, where a special text shows up, when you cheating...

My hope was to deactivate the cheat codes in order to take care that there is no problems with the triggers of a singleplayer scenario.

Yes, I could of also sworn you could adjust the text required to be inputted.

It requires modifying the EXE and yeah people have done it before. The cheat codes are hardcoded as checksums (dunno which checksum) so you cant just search "give me the money" with ArtMoney either.

Quite honestly, I'm making my first mod that probably won't go all the way and if it does, won't get into CC...
But if someone cheated in my mod... I honestly wouldn't care, cause they are ruining the game for themselves. I don't use cheats for this very reason. If I can't pass 1 part I would keep trying until I just leave it and come back later.If you cheat you take the challenge out of it and also you could ruin some dire triggering...(I remember the first time I cheated.... 4 years ago... SC:BW......Last mission Protoss....Very sad skills back then.ROFL)
But if I edited the Text heres what I would do

Show Me The Money Displayed Text:
"You got tons of minerals.. now go kill those massed Carriers heading here!"

Operation Cwal Displayed Text:
"OOOOOO so fast! Oh wait, those Mutalisks are FASTA!"

Power Overwhelming Displayed Text:
"Well done you just ruined the fun...no Cookie for you!"

I wonder what else there is......

Well there are certain techniques that can be used. Thus the money situation, does it instantly update the value? Because you could have something tick over that would freak out when you jumped 10,000 suddenly.

Power overwhelming could be beaten with some unit of yours that gets created and must be destroyed in some corner of the map within like 2 seconds, and if not, cheating.

Same for others generally.

But you must remember... fun can also be hard, and some people don't like putting in the extra effort!

There is an easy way to disable cheats in Single Player, but am not going to disclose.. haha.  It's nothing that complicated, but it works guaranteed.  This is of course pertaining to "mods". 

Planar Erratus will be released in less than 10 days.  It will hold my solution to this question and be easy to discover for those interested in looking.
