This is more of a "Wow, this is one of those surreal things you see in a bad movie" post than a "This is something we should be outraged about" post but blammo.

The weird thing is that they estimate the population to be in the hundreds and possibly growing, especially after half the city got foreclosed on after the housing bubble burst there big time.

1 guy is homeless due to being a drug addict, I don't see the problem.
