I had a zombie map that took about 32 minutes to finish, and the actual time was 24 minutes, so I think Starcraft time is 1.25 or 1.3 times faster than actual time.

So ultimately, simplify your life and just say the time in-game used like if it was real-time seconds even if it's "technically" false.
In other words, if the intended time limit is 30 minutes in-game, you say it's 30 minutes period and not shown as a 40-45 minutes timer on-screen.
Saying on screen the player have 40-45 real-time minutes to do X and you show up a 30 minutes timer in a campaign for the contest might lose you points for the reasons below.
It could be considered as :
-> some kind of misinformation (if someone smart plays dirty, they say it's 42.728 minutes instead of 40, etc.)
-> somehow misleading the player (everyday people thinks got 40 minutes, wonders why he got 30)
-> somehow being inconsistent. (why the heck you couldn't just say 30 minutes in the first place?)
At least from my point of view, anyway.

What are you talking about? It's clearly plaintiff.
