[Music] How to remove it from the game?

I was thinking about adding custom music to a campaign I'm making, but I'm worried it will overlap with the music that Starcraft plays in the background during briefings and games and such. I know that you can hit ctrl + m to turn off said music, but I would prefer that the player not have to do that every time to get the full experience. Is there any way I can set the default music to 'off', turn it on later during a part where I have no particular music that I want to play, and off again when next I do?

Any help you can give is appreciated.

You'd need to remove the in-game music via modding.

You can make 0bk txt files and rename them to the appropriate music files and put those into your mod.

That's about your only option.

Yep and for reference the filepaths are

music\terran1.wav
music\zerg1.wav
music\protoss1.wav
music\title.wav

you get the point, 3 tracks for each race.
