Yep, this guy kept performing brain surgery even though he was having a heart attack.  The Hippocratic Oath isn't for pansies.

Not a hero my toe! He put his responsibility before himself and saved a man's life even at the cost of his own. That's a hero if I ever saw one.

That's kind of dangerous considering he could've easily messed up the patient.

Yeah, but as he said, if he stopped the surgery the patient would've died. And if he continued the operation, the patient, could also have died... but it would've a chance to survive. I think that it was a risk he needed to take.

If only one brain surgeon is on staff- Then I suppose it was best for him to keep going if he regarded the patient's life.

I gotta say that dude is one tough SOB. That is what I call one determined guy. We need more people like this in the medical field. I have heard horror stories from people in the medical field on just how useless some of the medical staff can be.
