The narrator in the beginning is the Templar in the Grail room from Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade
The Eye on the blade is from Sauron in Lord of the Rings.
Panthro is from Riddick (Pitch Black and Chronicles of Riddick).
Cheetara is from the sci-fi show Farscape.
Tigra is Wolverine from the X-Men movies.
Lion-o is from the movie Troy.
Snarf is from the 3D Garfield movies.
Ape-like baddie is from the newer Planet of the Apes movie.
Wilykat/Wilykit are from Spy Kids.
Mum-ra opening his eyes, not sure.
Mum-ra's chamber is an acid vat scene from Farscape.
Bird statue with glowing red eyes I think is from the Stargate movie.
Lizard-like baddie is from the movie Galaxy Quest.
Furry baddie, I'm not sure where he's from.
Outside shots of the APC are from Aliens 2, I think.
Mum-ra shot at 1:48 is from Lord of the Rings, the Ghost King.

Very nice.  That's the first time that a live action version of a cartoon has seemed downright entertaining.
