StarCraft No Blood Mod

I finally figured out how to post a mod, so here goes.
This mod replaces the bloody death animations of certain units with the zealot death, and the bloody remains animations with blue stuff sinking into the ground.
I myself didn't use to be able to play as zerg or with marines, ghosts and medics because of the blood, so I decided to make this mod.
The new death animations are all the right frame size and number of frames. The zergling has a kind of large animation for its size, but I will try to remember to change that in an update.
The units I have not done are: larva, egg, lurker and defiler (I think).

You're probably the first person I've ever heard of who doesn't like blood.

That's fine, it's still an interesting attempt at a mod.

Lol interesting, unfortunately I don't think anyone in the modding community would have that type of an issue but if you circulated to some younger gamers (Maybe in korea even) you'd get some support.

Wow! Smart move! At least that would get some of the soccer-moms to stop screaming their heads off!

I never said I didn't like blood. I just said I didn't use to be able to play because of the blood.

how do you install the mod as the .exe file is not represented by the usual gear icon?

Starcraft mods are just stand-alone exe files that don't get installed, this one doesn't seem to work under x64 windows.

when I try tun it, it says, "this program cannot be run in DOS mode" and I'm using Windows x32. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Is it possible to convert NoBlood.exe into a .Dat or .MPQ file so that I can see the modifications that were made?

Every mod now has an MPQ, though most mods that are EXE's have the MPQ embedded in the EXE. So just open the EXE with PyMPQ/WinMPQ and extract the filee.
