StarCraft Language Change

Ok, this may sound strange, but I accidently changed the language in StarCraft to Portuguese. This is what happened:
I had downloaded TblPad, and I was trying it out for the first time. After reading how to work it, I went to WinMPQ, opened patch_rt.mpq and found rez\stat_txt.tbl. Though I didn't think it strange then, there were about 6-8 rez\stat_txt.tbl files, all exactly the same. I selected all of them and extracted them to my modding folder. Then I ran TblPad and opened the extracted file (note that I only found 1 stat_txt.tbl in the destination folder). All of the files were in Portuguese.
I went back to WinMPQ, selected the rez\stat_txt.tbl's, and changed the Locale ID to 0. I then extracted them again, and when I opened the file in TblPad, it was in English.
Awhile later, I ran StarEdit, and when I expanded the unit selection thing in the left pane, all the unit names were in Porteguese. Nothing else in StarEdit was in Portuguese that I could see, it was just the unit names and the folders like 'ground unit' and 'air units'.
When I went back to patch_rt.mpq, I could only find 1 rez\stat_txt.tbl. I tried changing its Locale ID to 0, but nothing happened.
How do I get StarCraft back to English?
