Sins of Our Enemy

Sins of Our Enemy is a new single player campaign which begins before the events of Starcraft Vanilla. The story will focus on the events of Adrian Woods and his life within the Confederacy and beyond.

Role: Political Leader of The Confederacy. Woods Advisor.
Unit: Terran Civilian

Name: Annabella Lucas
Age: 24
Affilates: The Confederacy, Sons of Korhal, Nova Squadron
Role: Sons of Koral double agent. Nova Squadron Operative.
Unit: Sarah Kerrigan

Name: Martin Lewis
Age: 42
Affilates: Sons of Korhal.
Role: Major Power within the Sons of Korhal.
Unit: Gui Montag.  

Name: Cerebrate Lazarus
Age: Unknown
Affilates: The Overmind, Sungral Brood
Role: Cerebrate of the Sungral Brood
Unit: Cerebrate

Sins of Our Enemy will have several other characters, but due to the plot, I don't really want to share them, yet.

Letterfields Command Centre
A/N: Well, I'd firstly like to introduce myself. Names Kyle and I am a huggge SC fan, and since its "inception" on this world I've been a player a Battle.net and a map maker. For a long time now I've always wanted to sit down and make a campaign, and drawing inspiration from CC's very own original campaigns, such as LOTC and Antioch Chronicles (Which I personally rate alongside the Vanilla and Brood War camps), I've taken the time out to make a campaign, which, hopefully will be good enough to "play" and be enjoyable... my only goals doing this. There won't be any sounds unfortunatly, since I'm a noobicle at sound editing haha, but I'll try and put some extra touches on my camp with the terrain/trigger work and overall, the story. The difficulty will vary depending on the player.

I've almost completed the First "Chapter" of Sins of Our Enemy as I'll be hopeing the realese maps in lots 2 - 4. I'll be taking my time, as perfection seems to be the key to making a good camp, so I'll try and update as much as possible. I hope everyone enjoys and I'd love feed back, as feed back is the key to creating better product.

Welcome, PineCone, and good luck on your project. The terraining and unit placement is nice and detailed.

well they aren't on earth so that should answer your question :D

Anyway good luck on your campaign, my only gripe with these pre-sc storylines is that you can't really use too many brood war units like lurkers/medics since they didn't exist back then (you could always ignore this factor though but it takes away form the gameplay).

I agree, and that did come to mind.
However, I think it was just a choice I made because I'm so used to playing BW. The lurkers are there just to give the player some micro time throughout the mission. Haha, I think I'll stick with the not being earth factor... personally, it was just a sporadic age choosing  8)

Also, can I put out a huge shout out to ever wrote the text tutorial on the main site.... beleive me, that has helped me so much as I had no idea about "spacing" "colour effects" etc....!!!

Why don't you move up to SCMdraft 2? It allows you to do a lot more with the editor then basically any other editor out there.

I just added you to my msn dude.
I've just been testing part1/sorting through trigger work etc... hopeing everything works out the way I want it to.
So the first few maps should be up soon and should give everyone a taste of what I hope to provide.

Edit: After some beta testing/the inclusion of SCMDraft2 and further advice from Mantis (Whose been a great help!), I've decided it would be best to compelte the campaign rather than realese them in parts. I'm sorry for the inconvience and hope to have the campaign compelted sooner rather than later.
