Hello,

what changes if I don't accept Hokuto's help except breaking her heart (that was a sweet scene) and remaining a Blaze Knight? I'm curious about that.

Just minor things (as opposed to sparing Kasumi which is perhaps the thing that makes the biggest change), but in general saying yes/no to Hokuto affects the end of the game.

I see... So it even effects the ending. Well, I think I'll stick with the Blaze Knight.
