How to modify Warcraft 3 files so you can have more than 13 tilesets

I saw in a few WarCraft 3 campaigns and just plain old WarCraft 3 maps that they have more then 13 tilesets.
I was wondering how you can modify the WarCraft 3 files so I can do the same thing have mroe then 13 tilesets since I know there is no way I can edit that in World Editor.

no way at all but it might be interesting if you could do that.

You can do that, because campaign makers like the people who made Shards of Resistance accomplished that.
