Awesome. Just make sure you rename the ability names for the Twilight Archon (something like 'Focused Psion Blast').
Also, you spelled 'cloak' as 'clock.' This is a common mistake. Just make sure it's 'cloak.'

I imagine so. That is the problem with heavy effects usage, and is why I used version 1.10. Unfortunately the limit expander I used to get past that problem seems to cause crashes. You just can't win. :\

Uh... is limit expander able to rebuild?

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "rebuild". The Limit Expander is an mpqdraft/firegraft plugin for brood war version 1.10; it allows more weapon effects and the like to be active at once, so you'd be able to have two hundred of those laser fighters shooting away. But the expander also induces random, unpredictable crashes, so yeah. It's not really worth it in the end if you can avoid making your mod as ridiculous as mine were.

OMG, I think I have to find or research of new system.
(For example, "Tom clancy's End War" Game system.)

If by system you mean a new game... well, there's very few options out there, and most of them demand significantly more work than starcraft. Almost all recent games require you to know either lua or some form of programming like C or C++ to do much with. Also, since they are 3D, that means you need to be an exceptionally good modeler. It's a lot harder to make graphics for new stuff than it is for something like starcraft.
Unfortunately, RTS's for the most part are also not very moddable. The only one that jumps to mind is supreme commander (The game your giant spider robot was inspired by) but that game is very, very difficult to learn how to mod.
Anyways, you've already come very far with this mod, so it wouldn't make much sense to abandon it now when it's in your capability to finish it. The community hasn't seen many total conversions of this scale in its history, so it's worth the effort.
But if you want to try mod a shooter or something, then your options become much more open.

This graphic wasn't completed because Shelshas, our graphic maker went to the army.
I have many building graphics but I need a unit graphics. I'm trying to add units like Thor in SC2, but I can't find graphic.

A guy named Aqo created a bunch of sc2 graphics in Starcraft format. I'm not quite sure where you can get them, but a good place to look would probably be starcraft.org. The Thor was amongst the graphics he made.

But.. I think these graphics are too smooth, so it can feel wierd when placing it with other SC1 units.
Also, it's not so clear
