How did the controls feel when you were playing the matches/games?

Psi storm - haven't tried it but every battle report I've seen makes it look insanely strong. Tested it once for yucks. Haven't tried it ingame - I want to but the game usually ends before I get templar or air is a better choice.

Controls - there's a 0.5-1sec delay on every action I make. Which will kill any competitive gaming on my behalf. It makes micro very, very difficult. This is a widespread issue. The controls themselves are identicle to SC1 but they need to make units display their damage bonuses from upgrades (they only show total damage, I have zero idea how much damage my upgrades are adding) and supply, for some idiotic reason they didn't do that.

Youtube errored all of my video uploads. Woot!

Wow that delay is pretty bad.. makes me okay with not being in the beta.. 

But I'm still sad I didn't even get the chance

Well, it can be. I can record everything in 1920x1200. It will just take a lot longer to process them and upload them.

I just played a series of ladder games. Recorded them all in high-def. I'm still in the standing placement thing so not in an actual league yet.

First I got set against people who were clearly WoW players since they did very weird and odd things. Mopped them up, had fun with one guy.

Then I got put against people that were easily C or C+ on iccup or higher. These guys were pretty damn good. I put up a resistance but my multitasking is so bad from my mental problems that I couldn't keep up in unit count despite having resources. I got very pissed off at myself in one game about that, you'll hear me swearing a lot.

It's clear that there's the WoW players and probably low-level wc3 players, then the guys who have actually played sc before. Some of these were pretty intense games for me, especially since I was very unfamiliar with some of the maps. If I want to get anywhere in ladder I will have to improve my macro considerably.

It's a lot of fun toying with the people who know they are supposed to zealot rush but aren't sure what comes next.

I played a ladder 2v2 the other day. One guy clearly had no idea what he was doing. The other did. He schooled the both of us with the Nydus Worm.

Clearly, we rushed the wrong guy.
