I did the whole WoW thing with raiding and such off and on throughout the game's life. But it was mostly because I didn't have much else to do. Stupid people really turned me off more than the game itself.

I did some raiding as well, but yeah, I was a massive troll on Mal'Ganis. I would aggro Doom Lord Kazzak repeatedly, not only causing him to spam the entire zone but also leading him to kill people doing the dailies. I'd stop by the alliance town in Zangarmarsh, and sometimes there would be an AFK at the flight zone. Due to poorly placed guards, I could safely land, MC them and send them off to a 500 foot drop. And in the event the guards did aggro, I could jump off and use slow fall. Being a priest had its up-points.

I would say playing WoW had it's up points, raiding with HKS, Mesk and a few others was a lot of fun at times. The rest of the time was just yelling at people to not stand in the fire and to stop riding the MT's threat on void reaver.

Also HKS killing Alars fire patches with spell reflect.

I just got bored of WoW.  I never really got into the endgame content much, I did Karazahn back in the day, and Naxx and abit of Ulduar in Wrath, but I never really enjoyed raiding much.  I enjoyed PvP for a while, but Wrath made it all about doing Wintergrasp, so bleh.  Once my friends from real life who I was playing with stopped, I didn't have much reason to keep playing either, so that was that.

All the games I listed are ones that if I installed and played them right now, I would enjoy playing them and have a lot of fun.  WoW?  Not so much.  I've had fun playing it, but it's not really a game that's succeeded in holding my attention.

My top 5

Starcraft: obviously, it introduced me to rts gaming and custom editing etc.

Zelda Series: N64 particularly, I don't know about you, but I played this when I was about 7 and those redeads still give me the creeps. Also the classic hero thing and all the cool puzzles.

Fire Emblem Series: It was one of my favorits games(when I was winning) also it could get quite annoying(like when I died and had to restart the level 20 times over).

Poke'mon: I liked the idea of the pikachu one, but it was really annoying and it followed me EVEYWHERE so I'm going to have to go with Red.

RollerCoaster Tycoons: My rollercoasters were all ridiculous, obviously.

I do really like Nintendo.
And I'm proud of it. :P
Hmmmmm whats this blue box doing here.....
Whoahh I can type in it!
I think i'll leave a message in it...........

To be fair =x most of the more interesting things in WoW require you to have friends ready to play with you on the spot and is directly linked to your community. Rather hard for me to find any objective means to rate it =P but there is no doubt the game doesn't mean jack squat on it's own.

Exactly.  It probably also didn't help that this was in the height of the "Cannot Launch Additional Instances" nonsense, so it wasn't like we could even do much either :P

Or were you all like Mucky and basically pissed people off and just goofed off? Actually wait no that's what I did too, how the hell did I last that long on that game?

Starcraft will always be important to me though, even if it's only merit is introducing me to CC. Of course, that is not the case =P

There's probably more, but a lot of the stuff is covered by existing people.
I see somebody didn't read my post ;) on page 4.

I heard somewhere that WoW supported the funding for Blizzard to make SC2 / Diablo III. Not sure if it was true.
What?

Seeing as that has pretty much been 80+% of their income for the last 3-4 years, I would have to say that's a safe bet.

I saw it, but I forgot it. Most likely because I thought people I would slightly remember being the ones that would mention it, since during launch it was like OMG OMG SO AWESOME BLAH BLAH BLAH while I was still lagging hard core just from playing DOTA.

Then I expected someone else to start an argument saying WoW sucked balls and then the original guy would defend it and everything would be a show. But nooooooooooooooo, everyone kind of understands the game isn't very fun besides for the moment.
