Well, mAc, here is what I have come up with so far.
Arcan was no random target. His death was deliberate. In his recent move to Aiur City, he attracted a lot of attention because of his .gif signature. Two citizens in particular commented upon it:
mAc Chaos wrote:You look like you should get lynched just for your sig.
and...
tipereth wrote:Only because the song isn't embedded in it.
Both Tipereth and mAc Chaos especially made threatening comments towards Arcan. Is it any coincidence he would die the very first night instead of other, more outspoken citizens such as Aekenon, Thalraxal, or even myself? Ricky's death makes sense considering his history as a veteran Protoss, serving as a former Executor.
However, I am less concerned about Tipereth, and more concerned towards mAc Chaos. Mac was quick to reveal his role as a Zealot. If he is not a Dark Templar, then he is certainly aiding them. By revealing himself to be a Zealot, mAc has narrowed the Dark Templar's focus to the remaining citizens who possess special roles. This is further exasperated by the fact that Negi betrayed us by revealing himself as one of the 4 Zealots. If this is the case, the Dark Templar now know who half the Zealots are, especially if they've already killed at least one. Furthermore, he is asking for the Observers and High Templar to reveal themselves. Not only does this endanger the few roles capable of detecting Dark Templar, it also further narrows the Dark Templar's focus as to who the Arbiters are. Once the Arbiters and Praetor are hunted down, the Observers and High Templar will be incapable of defending themselves.
And finally, mAc subtlety suggests we abstain, a course of action that has disastrous consequences. The deaths of 2 more Protoss will most certainly result in the loss of specialized roles. No, my brothers and sister, to abstain would be an injustice to us all. If we are to execute any Dark Templar this day, I recommend to your attention our most conspicuous "brother," mAc Chaos.

I was tempted to just vote to lynch myself and leave, but the LOGIC of your post is so wrong it enrages me.
Okay, first you complain about me revealing myself as a Zealot, then you say I'm a Dark Templar. You
asked us to reveal ourselves. So apparently my mistake was doing what
you said. "Hey everyone, reveal yourselves! By the way, this will only help the Dark Templar, which is why I asked."
The reason I asked for Observers and High Templar are because we can defend them and do something different for once than just give away 2 free kills the first 2 nights. We shouldn't have to do that. It looks like we might have to, but we shouldn't just accept it without trying. Mucky agreed with me too, guess he's a Dark Templar.
Which he might be; someone should look into that later. But not by this logic.
Okay and finally, you complain about me wanting to do something on the first night to lynch someone, but then you complain about me suggesting we could abstain?

Either you're following up this streak of being wrong about me every time or a Dark Templar. Maybe we don't have to work so hard to find one after all.

Tipereth's post wasn't threatening Arcan. It was actually mitigating. You don't see that when you take it out of context.
Really though, are you going to start with the signatures again?

Reviewing the archives and the cases of Dark Templar Thalraxal of Yellowtown vs Zealot tipereth of Yellowtown and High Templar Mucky and Observer Lav of Yellowtown vs Dark Templar Thalraxal of Yellowtown, signatures do not represent a valid form of evidence.
All in all, AA7, this is the kind of questionable sleuthing I'd expect from a Dark Templar, or a Zealot desperate for clues.
I'm not convinced of any guilt here yet, but I am suspicious.
On the same hand, Dark Templar mAc was very proud of his ability to remain under the radar, but this mAc is far too active to achieve that. Either he's trying to pull the same stunt that got Dark Templar Thalraxal caught and killed, or he's really innocent. This leads me to belive that mAc is likely innocent.

No one is innocent in the mafia.

Calm down, mAc. No one's voted for your death. I am merely pointing out what I've seen so far. I did not ask you to come out as a Zealot. When I said "identify yourselves" I meant for everyone to post. And look at what my prodding has produced? More Protoss have revealed themselves with their assessment of the situation. It's allowing me to gather information and records for future use.
Regardless, Mucky, Arcan was a deliberate target for his signature. Who had a hand in it is still up to speculation.

Have you played Mafia over AIM with the others? If not, then you wouldn't know that many people here would have reasons for targetting Arcan. Probably quite a few of the players here would know what I'm talking about.

All the statements made against mAc are quite convincing I must say.. But then oopyman (murder) stated that we should target himself. A clue, or a blatant attempt to take us off track?

Let's get those zealots, boys.
Guilty!
Well aside from what's been said, I find it curious that those 2 roles be presented, and not all at once.
If we were to have everyone present their roles and the high Templar confirm each one, then that'll reduce the Dark Templars only to the number of remaining Zealots. Because we have so many high positiion roles, the Dark Templars will only be able to remove a small portion of us at a time while the 4 Observers continue their search on the Zealots.
Since there are 2 Arbiters, the High Templar and another can be protected for the night while we conclude the investigation.
That is... if everyone DOES come out and honestly admit to their role. Otherwise, we let the Dark Templars continue to guess which one of us is worth the effort.
Also if I die, I blame mAc Chaos for jokingly accusing him.
Otherwise... Observers should investigate DoW (Where is he?) and Shadowflare!
It would be nice for the surviving observers to expose their findings within the next two days, if any of them are doing their jobs and observing.
