i didn't even know that this was possible. Voice acting has gone to the shitter, that spiderfury thing sounds like a wet nightmare from Heart of the swarm and as far as i have watched kratos says even less then he usually would. And all these bugs are incredible, outright bypassing a door by warping into a lever to pull it and music cutting off randomly, how is this game even running without multiple explosions on startup?
I mean, that is almost scary. GOW was not without it's flaws, but it was more or less an established series right? So how could this turn into a mess? What kind of unholy intern do you have to breed to turn GOW into an Darksiders 2 clone?

But are you up to Segment 5 Hour the Second yet ? The mother of all freakouts happens, and the Manticore Minigame mini-glitch was only a subtle premonitiobn to the latter Manticore Madness.

It is truly, hard to believe. (hint: partially progression-breaking)

B teams man

A theory that was offered, due to the extremely minimalistic UI and demo-y nature, is that this was originally a tech demo for the ps4 but got sucked into a cash grab by the B team for the ps3.

Recently a bunch of people were laid off at Sony Santa Monica (developed all the GoW games), but SSM still has stuff in development for the PS4 (Order 1866, some other stuff). Thought is that the people laid off were the B team who did GoW:A while the A team has been working on PS4 stuff.

Regarding Hoes, I distinctly remember you getting that achievement, so you at least played the offensive version, the one that made Billy cry. Because his Mom was a Hoe.

There's an AWP we recorded a while ago I forgot to post. I posted it now. Progress.

Cat's eye is all fucked up again. Yay for no progress at all.

Holy frijoles...

That game. There really isn't a point at which things can't get even more fucked up, eh?

Regardless - I felt that cast was very solid, without any drag. I've thoroughly enjoyed this production.

Yeah, I think doing the full recording in just 3-4 major sittings really benefitted the production as a whole. I'm waiting for a good time to do Last of Us the same way.

I have Metal Slug 1 fully processed but I'm hoping to get Metal Slug X and 3 done soon-ish so I can release those as a trio since they are so short.

God of war = God of puzzles. The chests got placed without creativity though, they are just gradually increasing your strength, but what is the point when the enemys get equally stronger?
And woah, that ragemeter, one hit and you can practically fill it all over again, way to defeat it's use. And your QTE reaction time... Mesk plz :3

€: also god of slowmotion, and holy shit the intensity of these cinematics, achieving greatness with no music and without sounds on effects.

The rage meter was some desperate attempt to veil the fact they had no idea what they were doing.

The sound effects breaking may actually be related to older PS3 models (which mesk has). In Uncharted3 and presumably other games sounds will break and be delayed only on older model PS3s, these areas are also very reproducable. There's one particular part in Uncharted 3 where it will always have a sound delay.

Hi there~

So, I have a couple of releases here for you today.

First of all, I have released three Metal Slug runs (1, X, 3). These are Arcade titles and, much like my romp with R-type 3, I get annihilated. Unlike R-type 3, these are not compilations, they're actual LP's, and quite short at that. Each one also has a respective review. I realize there's lots of little hidden things, details etc I missed, someone goes through the videos and tells me a lot of that stuff after I am done (they are largely blind runs sans some previous shorts I watched a long time ago).

Secondly, I have a new League of Legends compilation video.

Thirdly, I have new League of Legends casts. Note these are not up at the time of this posting, I'll be adding them to the html file over the next while as I address which ones to upload.

Fourthly, I have a video produced by building a compilation of test videos I recorded during my process of building the internal counterstrike compilation mentioned an AWP or two past. It's just silly in general. This is located in Content Extras.

Fifthly, I have a new AWP.

I fixed the links to the ancient youtube LP links as apparently the url structure had changed at some point.

Two of the new league casts went up last night (Sivir - Feb 18 Cast and B8SIC game 4).

Stress is getting the best of me so I am being slow in starting the next recording.

Also, I was having some odd issue with some sc2 videos I had encoded recently. Certain parts of them were locking up MPC for some reason. When I updated MPC/MadVR, they'd play, but parts of them would get distorted/artifacted. This is a well-known bug HKS told me about before.

If you encounter this problem you need to turn off hardware accelerator in the LAV video decoder under Filters in the right click menu when playing a video. Restart MPC and it should be OK.
