It was a simple request that in my eyes did not merit such a response...

well, RazorClaw X already spent so much time on it, plus Miranda's SP isn't even that important.
The guy's ready for a break man, this project is pretty much completed anyway.
The only question I have is the Nekurow/Sypha Blade part, whatever happened to Sypha Blade?
Anyways, applauding Razorclaw X for his hard work. *clap clap*

Couldn't you actually FIX IT instead of just getting rid of it?
I think that speaks for itself.

Sypha is beyond the scope of the story and will remain a mistery...
A fanfiction about Nekurow and his quest for revenge would be awesome.

Since there is a similar working spell, I guess it shouldn't be hard to fix.
I'm just speaking for the Miranda lovers here. Personally I don't find it very realistic that you can play as Miranda after she's gone, so I never use(d) her.
Here are a few extra bugs I remembered. I had a few ones to mention about Book 2, but since my version is not up to date, I don't know if I should... anyway, here they go:
- If Hikaru uses Divine Shield against Shizuka on the Trial of the Gods (Book 1), Shizuka doesn't seem to attack him anymore, even after the effect has faded. I also believe Divine Shield is usable too soon (and for only 25 mana). While this will result in a good challenge in Book II against Hikaru's copy, it tends to make original Hikaru's life way easy. Perhaps a mana cost and cooldown increase would fix the issue?
- On a mission from Book 1 where you play as Kanna, Prime Minister Kosseimaru and Master Higure (Ayame arriving later with Airships), it seems there's something wrong with the AI when playing on Hard. I, at least, remember the mission being much harder. Two Abominations and the three heroes were enough to defeat the main Zande base, I didn't even need the Airships.
- On the mission where you need to stop Kosseimaru from performing the ritual (timed, Book 1), I believe the timer is a little strict. I played the mission three times, even split the heroes and there's no way you can make it to the end in time. You already seem to have extended the timers, but just in case you forgot this one.
- In Book 2 on the Tower of the Gods, the first time you play Hokuto, a few Necromancers and Wagons will spawn when you rescue Kosseimaru. However, they do not disappear after he and Hokuto teleport out through the Circle of Power.
- In Book 4, on the last level (fight with the Puppetmaster), if you decide not to forgive Kasumi, nothing happens. Shizuka plays her «attack» animation after saying a few things to Kurumi, and the camera just sits there. No more dialogs, nothing.

This is intentional, although I should go back and make sure you can't use the Amulet of Recall on them.

I have no problems beating them, period, anymore. The AI AFAIK never changed; what did change was player aggressiveness (and perhaps the fact that Kanna and Kosseimaru were not heroes in the original version, and that's why it didn't work before).

I thought the Miranda secret was funny and hey, if you can play as Ziel/Kanna/Shion through Shizuka's ultimate while they're gone, I don't see why Hikaru can't tag in Miranda. Kind of wish it carried over to Book 6 or that she would inherit Hikaru's items while switched though,.

The Hokuto thing is probably intentional, since you need to Dark Summoning those Meat Wagons to access one of the secret boss fights thing.
The thing is, the Paladin class is horrible and I don't really want to go back to the time of the RoC version when Divine Shield costed a bomb and only lasts 30 seconds at max level (which it also did in melee).
Still, if there are going to be balance changes, I kind of like to see some heroes buffed up in minor ways, such as Bannon, who plays like a pretty horrible Tauren Chieftain and makes his mission kind of sluggish even if you already know exactly where everything is on the map, and Nekurow's wolves which are basically useless Book 5 and onwards even at level 3 since they don't have the HP buff that they got in melee games and will die without accomplishing much.

The Book 6 secret level is back in. It's not too spectacular a level considering there's hardly any trigger work and no cutscenes whatsoever, but it really is just for the hell of it.

Hello RCX,
just wanted to take the opportunity to notify the bugs I encountered while playing WOS
In book 1 and 2 when you play Kanna as General and Hokuto as Shadow Assassin their command aura does not work in level 2 and 3.
When you play Hikaru as Panda Knight and refuse Hokutos help the trees in front of the SW lair won't clear.
In book 5 the allied AI heroes sometimes drop their items.
Thank you again for making the great campaign.

I discovered the new patch makes the first level in Book 4 go completely bonkers.
Some quality control they have.

First four Books are probably in a state where they can be uploaded, although with the minipatch they released they could've done something else that could make everything go insane. Probably going to do a few more touchups and upload the first four sometime this week.

Hi Razorclaw,
could you post a message when you upload the new versions, please? Although I haven't patched my WC3 version, I would like to download the new works because of the new content which you mentioned.

So, are there any significant changes in the new updated books (e.g extra levels, balance changes etc)

Some different graphics, some bug fixes, some balance changes. Nothing too big. The main purpose was to get everything to work.

Playing Book 4 now, noticed the new loading screen art and that Abolisher's nuke (Gravity Blast?) seems to have been buffed to have a minor splash damage to it. Also caught some minor bugs.
- In Dragon's Eye (I think, the one where you first get to use Shizuka and co), completing the murloc's quest will instead mark "Last Stand" as completed.
- In Dragon's Ascension, your converted allies aren't actually allied to each other, apparently, seeing as how I've seen my murloc and satyr allies deciding to attack the same base but killing each other instead.
