At least they remembered to include a wall. But if majority of the east continent is covered up by the currently known storyline, how could a "massive army" and a larger force fit somewhere in there?

They had a massive army at the start of Wc2. They did join the fight reluctantly however.

As for Kul Tiras, at least they've been mentioned, and you can see Kul Tiras people in the game world and they play a roll in present day story/events. Gilneas is just walled off and ignored.

I think Blizzard is saving Kul Tiras for the Maelstorm Expansion. I mean it would be perfect for the Alliance base of operation. As for the Horde maybe some Isle the Darkspear live on. As for Gilneas I have no idea how they can even use it.

Make it a raid instance populated solely by worgen.
