Reknowned for the ferocity of their heavy weapons, the Undead have always been the most frightening of opponents for a fleet to face when they entered a new region of the battlefield.

The Zeral`Motakk is one of the reasons why.

These gigantic heavily-armored monstrosities bear six immensely potent Deimos-based beam cannons and, much like most Undead capital ships, function best in medium range. The Zeral`Motakk's enormous horns can skew enemy ships when it uses an ability that allows it to accelerate into enemy lines, and in dire situations it can sacrifice its own health for an Apocalypse Cannon attack that will destroy most enemies.

The Zeral`Motakk is the heaviest Undead battlecruiser-class and one of the most formidable of all types of ships within the same classification. Perhaps its major weaknesses is the sluggish nature of the ship.

CC-exclusive preview of an upcoming Undead megaship - The Fear.

Sprawling forth from the ancient carcass of a long-forgotten warship belonging to god knows who, this frightening machine is larger than most known megaship types and boasts immense medium-ranged firepower in the form of plasma cannons, sunburst cannons, and a special weapon called the Giga Ultra Mega Cannon. This weapon will discharge a massive plasma blast capable of vaporizing most vessels that it directly hits.

The Fear is extremely slow, but possesses the ability to fire while on the move with railguns and most of its smaller plasma weaponry. Its true strength, though, lays in the morale boost it provides to nearby Undead, and the sunburst cannons which can unleash a withering volley of destruction in a very short amount of time.

There is still much to do and fix with the model, especially the main section.
I say, lose the twirly bits on the bottom of the ship, they just detract from the model. otherwise, awesome. :P

Another CC-exclusive sneak peak - the second League of Mailmen megaship, the Starbuster.

Darth Vader dreams about getting one of these.

Starbuster, lol. George Lucas is going to sue! You're really good at modeling.

I'm quite sure eventually he'll go back and remodel some of his earlier ships.

I am now attempting a remake/redesign of the Alrashann II.

This is what the original model I made years ago looks like in rhino.

I had made it by hacking pieces of other models together. It has a very unique appearance which I intend to expand upon.

edit - Okay, the Alrashann is proving to be beyond my ability to handle. I'll have to come back later and try it.

We've been pretty silent the past few days, but do not fear, we are quite alive.

Kasker recently joined the project as a modeler, who will be assisting in Confederate ships for the time being.

In the meantime, I've been trying to create various new designs for ships only to be met with defeat at every angle... except for this one.

The Confederacy's Kaloth Command Ship.

The Kaloth Command Ship is a newer design built to front fleets into heavy combat. With an obscene number of high-firepower rapid-action turrets, this ship can unleash a withering onslaught on other side of the vessel. However, due to turret coverage, the ship cannot lay cover fire on targets behind or at extreme angles.

In the front of the vessel, powerful matter acceleration cannons are the primary weapon of the ship. It can also deploy nuclear rockets to deal AoE damage to whatever comes in range. Most fearsome, though, is the incredible durability of the ship, and its ability to launch bombers over long range and service as a hub of operations. It can detect and scan long-range, keeping its fleet up to date and prepared for whatever lays in the deep, greasy beyond.

No joke.

Seriously, Mesk, these are getting ridiculously beautiful. By the time StarCraft 2 comes out, shit's going to be unbelievable.

I am so fucking pissed off with this remake of the Xenon battleship. I've been dicking with it all day and run into so many problems associated with trying to rebuild it from the original model. I can't get the damn thing in max without bending over backwards and even then there was a shitload of problems with the normals.

I fixed the normals in maya but it still won't export for me so here is an old (and broken; see the front section for more details) render.

I may just remake the whole thing from scratch for the second time, but no time soon.
