I have to protest den being included.  A den is not the same as a living room.  Many times it occupies lower-level living in a house.  It can substitute as a multi-purpose bedroom or study.  It's versatility as a function to a house is very different from that of a living room.  In fact, I have never seen house ads use the term "den" to be synonymous with that of a living room.  They are always mutually exclusive.

If that one point makes a difference, maybe I will retroactively take your point into consideration

I'm going to go ahead and second AA7's motion, for the record.  The Den and the Living Room are worlds apart in terms of functionality!

Den: a room, often secluded, in a house or apartment, designed to provide a quiet, comfortable, and informal atmosphere for conversation, reading, writing, etc.

Living Room: a room in a home used, esp. by a family, for leisure activities, entertaining guests, etc.; parlor.
