So, I'm gonna hijack this thread. Who stills plays WoW? No private server bullshit; who still has a paid subscription and plays on an authentic server?

should've transferred to Frostmane when you had the chance (if you were around)Hunter_Killers wrote: I still have a sub going but havn't really been logging on much since my guild fell apart on Frostwolf.
I stopped playing awhile ago, but I check out the forums out of habit.

Heh, my account expired yesterday. I'm taking a break from WoW right now, but I'm probably going to renew it again sometime.

I try to ignore that game as much as possible.

I actually had the thought pop into my head when I heard about this, but just remembering why I quit this and every other MMORPG was reason enough to quickly diminish that thought. Lasted all of about 4 seconds. My roommate plays, though I wouldn't call him an addict.

I renewed in December for a month.. Played sparingly maybe a dozen times throughout the month. It's just not the same once you stop and go back.Desler wrote: I actually had the thought pop into my head when I heard about this, but just remembering why I quit this and every other MMORPG was reason enough to quickly diminish that thought. Re: Blizz: Desperate for WoW subscribers?
I've got a current subscription. I don't play nearly as much as I used to.
I did get to fulfill my goal of the game, which is to defeat Prince Kael'thas in Tempest Keep. Best fight in the game. Nothing else after that holds a candle to it.
After that I lost almost all incentive to raid. Black Temple is a crappy instance. Haven't done Sunwell past Kalecgos.

I played 10 hours of WoW, didn't like it and uninstalled the game.

The joys of having a server not populated by idiots, white knights and ewhores.

Re: Blizz: Desperate for WoW subscribers?
Well my account was shut off by Blizzard because some person got into my account and messed around, I stopped like a few months ago during that time and played maybe Private Servers. But later on I may renew my account, I had two level 70's and a level 58 i was working on. I most likely might renew it when WotLK comes out to see how the Death Knight is and check out how the Lich King's fight at Icecrown is in later patches.
