I think it really is a UMP though, looking at the second advertisement picture shows a skeletal butt on the weapon which is more common on UMP's than MP5's. Also a second clue is the blocky build that clues it to the imitation license body of the MP5 (It's just an MP5 for the .45 ACP)

Also it looks like the UMP from counter strike, lol.

MP5s are sold with with folding stocks like that and the UMP doesn't usually have a curved magazine.

That curved mag is a 9mm from the MP5, but looking at it kinda shows that it doesn't really fit the slot the weapon was built with. I'unno why they'd convert it to a 9 mil though, but it doesn't fit as snuggly as say... a magazine of .45 ACP rounds would. *cough*
