Failure on DTs' front.  But, I wonder who would target Negi and Aekenon so early...

Brethren, we have claimed a great victory for this night for our Arbiters have shielded Aekenon and Negi!  A most interesting pair for the Dark Templar to choose.  Let us review our denizens:

INNOCENT:
Negi
Aekenon

SUSPECT:
Lavarinth
Shadowflare
Thalraxal
Mucky
Taeradun
Frozty
AA7
Ricky
Mac

As there are many of our kind here in Eridun, I must request all Protoss make themselves known to this thread.  Those who are silent will remain more suspect, as we cannot determine who among us are the Dark Templar without your participation!

It was obviously SF.

But really, it's almost as if someone is trying to frame Mucky or something.  More often then not, those two end up suspecting him first in every Mafia ever.

However, is it safe to say that Aek and Negi are, in fact, the Arbiters? If so, then we may be able to rule them out completely.

It would be difficult to determine anyone to be guilty at this point, especially since no one is dead yet. I suggest that we all vote to abstain so that the observers have time to gather more evidence. With a 1/3 chance of lynching a mafia right now, the odds are in the DT's favor. Let's not give that to them.

Wouldn't that just give them another chance to kill people?

Hmm... shouldn't arbiters and observers be working together?  Just seems natural. :P

Hmm. Well, I think we can safely assume Negi and Aek are not the Dark Templars. However, here we have Mucky instantly jumping for a resolution of "let's all abstain." I'm sorry, but as brave as a statement that may be, it also makes you seem questionable.

Mucky (suspicious or not) probably has the right idea.  I don't think we've got enough evidence to safely lynch anyone.  Chances are we'll just end up lynching an innocent Zealot and doing the Dark Templars job for them.

I'm sure they'll thank us for it.  Unfortunatly Dark Templar for "Thank you" is killing you at night.

More so than randomly picking someone out to be lynched? Doubt it.

There are 11 people alive. Only 2 have been ruled out as innocent. That leaves 9 as suspect. 3 of these people are certainly DT, therefore 6 of us are innocent. That's 3 to 6. We have no way of determining which three are the evildoers, and a vote to lynch someone right now is more likely to hurt us than do good.

I don't understand how being cautious of lynching an innocent person can bring me into question. Would it have been better of me to accuse someone without any substantial evidence? However many times I need to assert this, the odds are against us right now. At the very least we should wait to hear from the ones who have not yet spoken.

Okay, it's safe to assume that both Negi and Aekenon are innocent BUT I don't necessary believe they are doctors.

Negi is a big target likely to draw the death towards him and he was a logical first round choice for a doctor if he didn't want to protect himself.

In Aekenon's case, it's quite possible that he was just covered since he tend to be illogical (in terms of decisions) thus unlikely to protect himself first thus it was probably someone else that covered his butt out of pure luck.

That's my personal stance on the issue at the moment, no one that I feel blaming yet.

I would agree with Frozty's assertion that both Aekenon and Negi are our Arbiters.  They cloaked themselves and have not yet made an appearance to us.  However, one of our Arbiters may have assumed Negi to be a prime target.  I say this, because Negi is accusing Thalraxal of being a Dark Templar.  Could he be our Observer?

I must disagree with Mucky that an abstain is necessary to determine who the Dark Templar are.  For this night also revealed to our Observers a possible Dark Templar.

Currently, I find Thalraxal and Mucky suspect.  I suspect Mucky, for the logic of his reasoning is flawed.  I would suspect the Dark Templar would seek another night to off-set the terrible losses they incurred by the Arbiters.  I suspect Thalraxal, for I have reason to believe Negi's accusation is true now that his innocence is proven.  It is also no coincidence Thalraxal would immediately -- and so far be -- the only one to support Mucky's assertion.

My brethren, choose carefully, and may the Khala be your strength!

I haven't participated in these here enough yet, so I don't think I really have anything to add at this point. :-\  But I suppose I'll second the possibility that Aekenon and Negi may not necessarily be the Arbiters, and possibly at least one just picked at random or picked based on what has been said above.  They are for sure not the Dark Templar, of course.

AA7, I wasn't stating that I would go as far as to call Mucky out this quickly. As mentioned by everyone else, there's just no evidence after this... Miracle, per say.

Negi on the other hand, here comes the one we all roll our eyes at. Someone just mouths out "lynch such-and-such" without any official statement, so we can consider him the crazy Zealot and move on from him.

Thalraxal, in a sense, does have a valid point if you understand where Mucky's going on with this. I'll abstain without issue at all. I'm afraid of accusing the wrong person- Simple enough.

The point AA7 raises is a valid one. Unfortunately, I disagree with it. I don't mean to put words in your mouth, AA7, but by claiming that the Dark Templar would abstain and seek another night as you say, you are also suggesting that somebody absolutely must be lynched today. I'll remind you that there are two Observers. They have already investigated two people on the first night, and with two people targeted but left alive, their search has already been narrowed down by four people. If the Dark Templar choose to abstain today, that can be considered a victory for us, for by the next night the Observers may have already investigated enough people to make reasonable assertions as to who the Dark Templar are.

AA7, I find it very suspicious of you to claim that Negi is an Observer. Negi has done nothing more than suggest to lynch Thalraxal. While I can't vouch for Thalraxal's innocence, Negi did not claim to be an Observer. Furthermore, it is not fact that Negi was protected by an anonymous Arbiter, but merely speculation. It may be true, but to also speculate that Negi is an Observer in addition to that is a bit of a push, don't you think? Call me skeptical, but I think it's unlikely.
