Re: StarCraft II Official! (Pictures)
This is making me nervous:
Maybe this is just for the beta, but didn't they make it impossible to enter different gateways on World of Warcraft? I thought I heard something about that...Can I change Gateways like in StarCraft I to play with people in other regions?
Unlike StarCraft I, there is no gateway selection to allow you to play with players in other regions. You will only be able to play against players within the same region as you.

I believe so. And yes, that is the case with the beta and I expect it to be with release.

Yes. The major regions that I know of are Asia, Europe, and America (east/west). Probably some others.

Forget the Lurker; the Infestor is so ass-backward I want the Defiler back. Although with the Defiler a mass army of Cracklings is all but invincible.Hercanic wrote: Geez, they must really hate the Lurker then to purge all traces of it! I wonder what their beef was...

I'm living in Japan, so not being able to choose my realm is stupid.
The Defiler's Dark Swarm ability has been stolen by the Sentry with its Guardian Shield (-2dmg from ranged attacks, but stays centered on the Sentry).

Re: StarCraft II Official! (Pictures)
actually the point defense drone is more like dark swarm. Stops most ranged attacks in the game (like 20 shots)
Now with 50% more lol, 50% more win, and 100% phlail.
