A.K.A. There is no single player in the Beta. Only people that went to Blizzcon were able to try out the singleplayer mechanic of SC2.
In all my glee and happiness.. I tried it out at Blizzard... Like eight times.

This is making me nervous:
Can I change Gateways like in StarCraft I to play with people in other regions?

Unlike StarCraft I, there is no gateway selection to allow you to play with players in other regions. You will only be able to play against players within the same region as you.
Maybe this is just for the beta, but didn't they make it impossible to enter different gateways on World of Warcraft? I thought I heard something about that...

I believe so. And yes, that is the case with the beta and I expect it to be with release.

Yes. The major regions that I know of are Asia, Europe, and America (east/west). Probably some others.

Forget the Lurker; the Infestor is so ass-backward I want the Defiler back. Although with the Defiler a mass army of Cracklings is all but invincible.

I'm living in Japan, so not being able to choose my realm is stupid.

The Defiler's Dark Swarm ability has been stolen by the Sentry with its Guardian Shield (-2dmg from ranged attacks, but stays centered on the Sentry).

actually the point defense drone is more like dark swarm. Stops most ranged attacks in the game (like 20 shots)
Now with 50% more lol, 50% more win, and 100% phlail.
