well, i admit, i also look foward for the final book,however, i pass the time by reading books, doing chores, studies, and even start over books 1 to 5 in order to improve the characters via tomes and items [i focused on hikaru, shizuka and kurumi,  whenever was possible, since they are decribed as they figures.
i would reccomend you do the same, pass the time with stuff you enjoy, until the final book [or a demo] is released.

For some reason I've always thought that Duke Shivak would be a giant Eredar, not the size of Kil'jaden when he confronted Illidan in outland, but around the size of Archimond when he climbed mount Hijal (around 3.0~4.0 of the regular Eredar scaling value)....

I always thinked Shivak as a more powerful version of the Spirit of Destruction of KOS,you sayed this if I remember correctly.
Anyway the screenshots looks very good.

Dear RCX,

Have you had the opportunity to give thought to the item drop problem of the heroes you not chose in book 5 missions "Tigers Claw" (only when you choose Jenna) "The new alliance" and "United we stand". As I have already mentioned it mostly affects items like Shield of Honor, Rendhand or Bladebanes armor. Is there a way to prevent it?
Another question: As far as I have explored the book 3 to 5 maps I found ways to push every hero in all three attributes via tomes, except Yue Fang and Scaldar who cannot be pushed in terms of agility. Have I overpooked something or am I right 
Having asked that I hope you end up achieving progress in the last book to your liking and very selfishly I also hope we are able to get a glimpse on it soon. Have you managed to implement all the bosses yet (18!!! )? Are there going to be any custom items in book 6?

Four of them aren't done. Two are still in testing phase. The rest are mostly done and may require damage tuning here and there.
