Well, I am now breathing in allegedly lethal carbon monoxide fumes because they just turned the furnace back on without the landlord's son's friend having even been over to check it yet.
If that guy wasn't a scam artist, I could be a dead man.

MOTION SUPPORTED...
Either that or 12 grade chemistry.. Your choice...

I suggest you to get another certified inspector... even though that would meant BIG money, I suggest you to do that as carbon monoxide is not something to be screwing around with, you're already schizophrenic it's not like severe mental retardation is going to help...
It's far too hot here for igloos. The whole igloo thing is just superstition and hollywood. We really live inside rotting, collapsing wood tents.
Even if it's made out of wood, an igloo is still an igloo.. Unless you're living inside a Cold War era nuclear bunker and all the photos and pictures about your wooden igloo is just a facade, there is no way you could try to prove your igloo is not really an igloo... And if that just happens to be the case for some apparent reason. Then screw you in the anus...
Not just religious. Batshit crazy 2012 enlightened message subscribed hell-hath-no-fury-like-jisos religious.
Eh... Western religions... it just ticks me off by some reason... At any case, I still hate it when certain religions think anyone who have any relations what's or ever to communism is a scum of the earth...

COMMUNIST SCUM
I keep telling them to get a second opinion/CO detector but they keep whining that it costs money.
Oh well. I guess we'll be flipping the coin with this one, too.
If I die, the Jews did 9/11. Never forget.
In other news I successfully ran another recording run with Dark Souls and am hopeful the crashing bs is behind me.

A CO detector is somewhat cheap from my research, from 20 $ to 50 $... Some could even be used to detect other natural gasses as well, or even be used as a fire/smoke detector... I suggest you order one now...

Also what ever you do DON'T dick around with faith.. The very sugar coated "Ah well.. Nothing could happens.." kind of thinking is really seft destructing in my book... Your Westerner's life is too easy, so you don't really understand how fragile life could be.. In my town we have to take every possible precautions in order to protect our selves from things like this...

Yeah, $20-50 is too expensive for them.
Life isn't really worth anything. If I die, I die. Oh well. No loss.

But you are NOT going to die.. You're going to turn retarded overtime... That's what CO gas is going to do to you...

I'm already retarded, didn't you know?

The landlord is apparently sending in two independent gas inspectors this week.

You don't seem like the type of guy to give a fuck enough to sue somebody over damages, but that's an option if they mishandle the situation.

Oh, I've been telling granny to sue that furnace company if they don't cough up what little bit of money they have of ours but waah lawyers cost too much jesus christ.

Would you rather spend money on a lawyer than a furnace replacement? If you're paying, she can't really complain.

I think lawyers are actually more expensive than the furnaces.

The League of Lawful Lawyers are not those to be trusted...
On the other hand, why don't you try to block up the vents in the mean time Mesk? A large hunk of steel should suffice...

The furnace is not on anymore. I told them to keep it off until all of the inspections have been made.
In not so nice wording.
/edit
Haha, the inspector said nothing is wrong with it. Another is coming tomorrow I think.
What Granny was describing to me that the first guy was saying did sound really fishy. I did some reading on furnaces, but not enough to make the call myself. Now there's doubt in the air. At not carbon monoxide. In a way that's a good thing, in a way a bad thing - I may never know why I have such horrible headaches.

Did the inspector turned the furnace back on before testing? I'm not questioning your competence, but I'm just saying this because I have a tendency to be really paranoid sometimes...
