Agreed. I don't understand because in some countries we have to make the military service. Is it because these countries can't finance their own armies?

Maybe. What they don't seem to understand is that it is better to have an army full of hired professionals who wants to make career in the military, not a bunch of young people who wants to get out as soon possible. Of course if there are not enough applicants or if there is a lack of money then these governments are forced to require military service from everyone.
