They've gotta get the voice actors from Soul Reaver. Those voice actors are fucking awesome.

Michael Bell is already among Blizzard's usual crew. He was Nihlathak in Diablo II, and Medivh in WarCraft III, among other things.
Never heard of Simon Templeton.

i like 16 better. Clearer and more realistic
