In the aftermath, yeah.
But Westwood killed themselves by releasing Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Blade Runner, which was extremely expensive in development and the greatest flop in their history. After Blade Runner, EA bought the publisher of Westwood Studios, Virgin Interactive, because they had massive financial problems. With this step, the downward spiral for Westwood begins: Many devs leaves the company. They released Lands of Lore III way too early, and the expected success of C&C: TS wasn't nearly profitable.
So yes, EA killed Westwood, mainly in the aftermath. But Westwood had complicity, with their self-destructable desire to go out on a limb...

The most funny of it is that, now, today, the whiners want Westwood back because of the supreme fuck-up C&C 4 was, but didn't complain of the merge when it happened.
Not even myself (Because of my ignorance of events, as I was more focused on Starcraft) could realize such shitty coming up of lard products like Red Alert 3 and C&C 4 could be possible...

Battle Hellion? I can't believe that the "robot mode hellion" thing was right.

lol @ generic dialogue
lol @ generic ingame footage of stuff just walking around
I guess despite the default settings Afterburn particles on the CGI those could be worth watching, but this trailer reeks of intern.
The removal of the carrier has me most upset.

Tricia Helfer has a lovely voice, but she's just not good at expressing the kind of vengeful rage they're assigning to Kerrigan here. She can do that terrifying "I'm angry, but I'm remaining calm" voice, but that's really not Kerrigan's style at all, or what they're going for here. As a result, generic dialogue remains generic.
Also: Am I the only one who finds Kerrigan's new character design is still really bland? I'm hoping it's intentional because they intend for her to regain some of her Zerg attributes and wanted to give her a very "basic" starting appearance, but considering all the videos and promo-art of her, it doesn't look to be the case.
Kinda shocked that they're thinking of removing units now, considering the loops they jump through during beta to keep units in the game. I do consider this to be a good sign, even if they're looking at dropping the Carrier in favour of a giant Corsair.

You're taking a big risk of Mesk kicking you out and pissing on your ass-raped body, you know that, right?

Honestly, her voice just sounds over processed. I'm not sure if it's compression, it sounds like something else, giving her voice a very unusual sound to it.
Apparently they're dropping a LOT of units, not just the carrier.

Well, seems like that leaked storyboard from a few months back is true. The Dominion is fucked.

That weird compressor/mic/whatever they're doing to the voices is very apparent on Metzen's voice in the wow trailer, too. It just sounds so unnerving to me.
