I've recently saw some Thor and Banshee developments in Maplantis. Take a look down there and you might find what you need.

2 screenshot updates!
First is the new protoss interface, a dark templar theme.

Second is the in game thor, its almost complete but not 100%.

He adjusted the hue of the interface PCXs to make them blue, and replaced the PCX of the background of the Protoss briefing room.. A few basic editing techniques. Just have to make sure you stay in the 256 color limit.

Make sure the image index and not RGB, otherwise it gets all messed up in brood war.Lavarinth wrote: He adjusted the hue of the interface PCXs to make them blue, and replaced the PCX of the background of the Protoss briefing room.. Cynon over at the Star Alliance should be able to help you with that, hes one of the few people that still actively helps people with sc portraits.Shadow Stalker wrote: ok got it but i have one problem with the unit portraits, i coverted the smk to jpg and changed the jpg files and put them back into amk format and out them in my mpq but when i load my mpg the unit portrait is all static............. any suggestions?

Re: Announcing my newest Starcraft project!
Use the Old Smacker Tools, not Bink or whatever it's called. I've made enough portraits in the past to know how to work them.
Also, make sure you use index 256 colors, go any bit over and your portraits will freak on colors.
