I am not being sarcastic.  You have clearly not tried a 4v4.

The video is kind of big but it should give you a decent idea on it is currently in 4v4 melee (after Blizzard more or less "fixed" the netcode a few days after Patch 13's first day). Notice how lag gets worse the longer the game is. Also unlike what the video might imply, my video frapping didn't influence much the lag (it was our first bigger game on Patch 13 and we didn't know better).

They supposedly fixed the lag but it's still just as bad, really. A bit more random but it's still there.
