It is as they say; if you want something right, you've gotta do it yourself.

Such is life. I'll deal. YOU SHOULD ALL BE MORE CONCERNED WITH HOW FAMOUS I'LL BE!

No one cares about you till you are famous, and once you are famous you won't care about no one.
Isn't it ironic, don't you think? A little bit too ironic, yes I really do think...

By the time you become famous you'll be overshadowed by my imperial eclipse.

Careful. Imperial technology has a very nasty habit with built-in adolescence of the "the bigger it is, the quicker the Rebels remove it from the storyverse" kind.

Never fear. I'll be sure to include HD versions of all the trailers on the DVD!

Psh. Blu-Ray is such a thing of the past. It's all about HD DVD and LASER DISKS!
Even making rounds all day today on the telly. Wheeeeeeee

an independent horror movie about two parents who return from hell to punish children who are not in bed before nightfall.
Have to admit, that's more original than 99% of the Hollywood movie plots that have shown up in the past decade.
BUT WILL YOU DELIVER? I'm expecting heads to fly, hearts to get ripped out, and splinters from the wooden Battlecruiser to rip people and cattle in half in slow-motion.

Wwwwweeeeeeell....We DID manage to get Barry Anderson (Day of the Dead, Jeepers Creepers) to do all our prosthetics for us. Heads will fly, splinters will rip faces asunder, but they won't come from a battlecruiser. More like a barnyard fence and a bathroom door. But hey, can't be a chooser!

I trust that you'll keep gore and other nasty stuff to a minimal? (I prefer old fashioned films)

Actually that's our goal here: to produce good ol' fashion fun without the needless gore. We felt going overboard would cut into our audience and we wanted the focus to be more on the action. A lot of times, low-budget film-makers go out with a mediocre concept and hide it behind copious amounts of puke-cinema. Our story won't win any awards, but we masked that with fast-paced action sequences (girl fights a horde of zombies with a samurai sword and body karate), ridiculous situations (guy jumps out of a moving van to tackle an evil ghost) and some bloodbathing (literally)
It won't be a great movie, but it'll be worth the night out with enough beer in your brainjuice.
