Well, there hasn't been much of an influx of new players, so I'm either gonna have to pull the plug or restructure the roles to fit the number of people we have. With mAc's game going to be starting soon, I'm not sure it's a good idea to run two Mafia games at the same time.

To be honest, it's kind of hard to get new players when there is already another game (Drums' game) in progress even if it's slow.
Odds are, when it will be the time to start the game soon, you will probably have to restart the signups since people might forget they sign up or are no longer checking if the game started or not, etc. etc.
As for Mac's game coming along, it depends since you got fairly different roles while I believe Mac's Mafia is vanilla style so it might attract different players or the mindset can be different enough to feel the same players compelled to play both. However, I agree that some players might not have time for two simultaneous Mafia games.
