There's no reason we can't do both days.

Although if we do both days, I might have a hard time to keep up with 2 events per week ...

But it's still a possibility ... so, who's in favor to have SS on both Fridays and Saturdays? Only on Fridays? Keep it only on Saturdays?

In addition, do make sure of discussing starting times as well.

Note if we do keep SS on Saturdays, I am much more in favor to have it started on 8 PM GMT -5 instead of 9 PM GMT -5 at least.

Oh yeah, if we do have it on Friday, the current old name was Phoenix Phriday so Friday event name discussions are in as well.

Yes, we tried having two Wc3 events per week at one point, but that lasted about 3 weeks because it only ended up diluting people's already waning interest in the game.

Yeah, when I think about it, I would prefer just an event switch from Saturday to Friday.

so It's going to be Satyr Friday. lol

8PM (GMT-5) on Friday that means 11AM (GMT+7) on Saturday.
It's just late morning in Friday, I'm fine since I don't have to work/study on that day (at least for now).

If most people are free on Friday so go ahead.

How many hours that Satyr Saturday is truly played lately? I remember we played full 6 hours back then but somehow I feel it dropped to 2-4 hours before it already ends based on the amount of replays I get from Bill and Mucky.

If so, then it might be logical to have both a War3 Phoenix Phriday and Satyr Saturday event IF we intend to make them last a relative maximum of 3-4 (probably more on 4) hours instead of 6. Otherwise, people get too tired if they play a total of 12 hours per week.

To me personally, it might be good when I really think about it since I would manage to play about 4 hours per week (2 hours Friday and 2 hours Saturday).

Since I honestly no longer care about Starcraft plus really prefer the initial suggestion but yet quite a few seems to be interested in a return of a Firebat Friday-like event ... here's a suggestion :

In short, a swap between Firebat Friday and Satyr Saturday's days thus the renamed Firebat Friday would be on Saturdays and renamed Satyr Saturday on Fridays.

So technically this would end up being :

Phoenix Phriday (War3 TFT)
On Fridays
Starts at 8 PM GMT -5 (one hour earlier)
Intended Max Length : 6 hours

Mutalisk Maturday (SC:BW)
On Saturdays
Starts at 8 PM GMT-5 (same time as PP to avoid confusion times from event to event)
Intended Max Length : 6 hours

So in this situation, ill manage to be fairly present on Phoenix Phriday (War3) and have a 2 hours for a full game, respecting the initial idea while trying to satisfy a return of a SC:BW event.

Note it's likely there should be a sub-leader for the Starcraft event since it's unlikely that ill come often in all honesty.

Anyway, how does it sound?
