I MUST HAVE IT
I like the spin they put on this sorcerer... a delinquent who learned magic on the HARD STREETS with no respect for her elders.

Basically she's cocky and wants to prove she's better than all.

It kind of makes me want to see her brought down low though. It's Diablo. Characters can't walk around like that without having an incredibly painful fall.

Much like the warrior in the first one. Righteous and all that shit, then he succumbs to diablo's will.

That's the focus of D3.
There's various quests: Main story quest, character quest (vary on gender as well), and randomly generated mini-quests.

Which guy? The one on the left, middle, or right? It's hard to tell between them.
/oh snap
Oh, and I've started hearing that d3 will be limited to 4 players per game, and it'll have microtransactions.. lolwtf? In addition to that, Blizzard is considering using DRM.
Yeah... I think I'm going to jump ship while I'm ahead.

Thoughts on D3 after playing and panel:
- Currently, in the beta, it's limited to four players.
- The reason being most spells are targeted to single-player gameplay so they very, very graphical and easily obstruct the view. I would lose our Barbarian during the gameplay inside all my spells immediately upon using them (I was witch doctor), and add to that the beams from the Wizard (BahamutZERO) and then I can even see myself.
- They are looking at ways to downgrade the graphical spells, but they are using their Blizzard motto "big, bold, red = awesomeness" so they design everything intense first (IE: Dynamically exploding Battlecruit and Black Hole) and then downgrade the effects to a more easy-on-the-eyes style.
- They are considering downgrading spells a bit visually, but then greatly downgrading non-player spells from other players. Not sure how this would work but it sounded dumb.
- Overall, it doesn't work too well right now visually, which I could see being the reason it's limited to four players.
You can't let a beta lead to an assumption. What if the Beta only allowed up to two players..

There's no way it's a beta right now. That would mean it's very far along.

Theres nothing wrong with using DRM especially the way blizzard has which isn't intrusive at all unlike EA games have been recently that go as far as limiting how many times you can install it, remember that SC/D2/WC3 all used a variation of it.
Its a bunch of fuss over nothing.

It is a bunch of fuss over nothing. It's simple another excuse to pirate games by complaining to not have it. If someone properly uninstalls the game, they can reinstall it elsewhere. No internet? Are you from the past or what? If you have to reformat, call the company and they'll do it for you. Better yet, after the game gets old, they remove the DRM incase the company no longer supports the game. Allowing more than one install per CD key, I find it to be them being lenient.
