That's a nice idea.  I was giving thought to a "Scuffle" action where you can beat someone up without killing them with the tradeoff of no paranoia.

People should have the option to be openly inspected. But it gives paranoia since it involves the possibility of colonoscopy.

"FlyingHat, you have nothing to worry about.  I am not accusing you of being the Thing.  I simply intend to inspect everyone until I have found out who has been infected.  Your name simply happens to be next on my list.  Nothing shall stop my diligent, and very thorough, search for the truth!"
