FYI you can use a relatively new programm called MCA launcher to record scbw and it has a builtr in upscale feature. Otherwise you can keep the recordings and edit yourself, save to mkv or mp4.

Does it work with mods is the real question. Chaoslauncher worked fine, but it is an independent application and can't be loaded alongside mods.
And yeah, I heard about that sub thing a while back. Anyone who is still using youtube is used to that kind of rubbish by now.

Yep, don't use it to launch yer game as it comes with dumb overlays for twitch stream. Just start SC or a mod, minimise, hit record (can choose to have external audio (microphone) and webcam or not) and have fun. It will also capture desktop before you maximise though so youll have to edit that out in postproces.

AO is using custom AI for all the races. I don't think stock would live past 5 minutes.

Costumes are for Christmas, silly goose.
The AI for the other races in AO is heavily modified already - for example, the Protoss are even building a special structure to help reduce the building pathing problems they often have. It is possible for you to go into scaiedit and replace the previous *MCX or whatever they are entries with other ones, but I doubt they will fare much better.

weren't they buffed up so they could actually help you? Armageddon is super powerful so AI needed to be on their level.

Yeah. Like HKS said, the games do not last long with stock AI, and the project was built to be as single player friendly as it could be given the circumstances of everything involved. In hindsight I should have given Terran a similar building I gave the Protoss, as they are definitely the weaker of the two AI supports. I think 6 protoss actually give Armageddon quite a hard time for a while.
Back in early AO days, when it had a very weak early game, Baja was able to make a marine spamming AI that could kill AO. It was hysterical.

Americans may throw money at something to fix a problem, but Baja took it a step further and threw countless amounts of men at it instead. This inspires me.
