How to patch the game in Windows 10?

I try to patch it to the 16.1 version, both by a patch.exe or by battle.net, and the exe says that failed, battle.net says storm_error_requires_update.

Did you download the game via their new downloader or install via CD?

OK, I´ve patched the game executing the patcher in compatibility mode.
