Yep. It's a mod that requires Half-Life 2 and steam to work. It's very fun and amusing, especially those two games I played with my sis.

Also I'm familiar enough with the Source engine (all I did with it is fondling some trigger codes though...) to recognize it's a HL-2 mod...

It is amazing how 1:1 that boss fight is with bad design ethics. It is literally textbook bad. And that transition is amazing, how everything just "changes" between the loading screen.
