That has nothing to do with Protoss names, but just change them using something like TBL Edit I think.

Tblpad I dont know really what it is but TBLPad probably edits the .TBL files which control the text that appears like after Tassadar destroys the Overmind. Or the speech in WarCraft 2.

TBLPad is a string editor that controls all the unit names and text and etc. I think you can also specify hotkeys with it.

As for TBL Edit, never heard a' it. Although this is completely off topic; Chris if you need help, I recommend you post a new thread rather then hi-jack someone's existing one.
