Liked the new Star Wars trailer from biocock better. They've actually gotten pretty good at CGI between DoW2 and their new MMO. Too bad Star Wars sucks as a universe.

Nice trailer.
Small problem, though. How in the peanut butter did the whole entire place blow up?

Pursuit of science, oh, and as previously noted the ending of Portal.dreamerhorwitz wrote: Nice trailer.

Didn't look like Gabe was having much fun being up on stage for the PS3 announcement, lol.

Well as you can see in the trailer, I think it's more ofdreamerhorwitz wrote:Don't worry. I got past that part.Lavarinth wrote:I hope you didn't think the ending was when you fall into the fireAlevice wrote: Portal ending much?![]()
I refuse to believe thatwas that huge since a) you fought only GLADOS b) You can not destroy a few buildings by burning a few parts of a mainframe (only a blackout would happen for a single building, if you did that) and c) we are told that GLADOS CONTROLLED the complex, but nothing was hinted that she was now APART of it, or vice versa. I might be swinging at nothing, though, since Science-Fiction has created science without research.Spoiler
The implosion
Spoiler
she was "asleep" since the ending she clearly states she is "still alive"
My curiosity is more towards the girl.
Spoiler
She blacked out, and opened her eyes as she's being dragged away, by a robot. Was it a GLADoS controlled but, or GLADoS herself, or was it really someone from Gordon's gang, and now she's returned years later to the location.

I remember them saying this is several years in the future? I think they said 10 years later or something. Could be wrong. It will be pretty interesting to see what has changed. I like the rooms with all the overgrowth. It gives off a sense that Aperture is still broken.

Re: I got chills.
I read that it was hundreds of years in the future, which explains all of the damage and plants.
Also, Chell got placed in cryo-stasis by the robot which dragged her off screen in the first game.
She was apparently woken up by the blue personality ball because he wanted to get off of a shelf.
I pulled all of this from http://gameinformer.com/mag/portal2.aspx if people are interested.
Or I am from the future! Take your pick.

As the size of the explosion increases, the number of social situations it can not solve approaches zero.

The implosionsince in the trailer you see new walls and flooring appear from the broken, burnt, and damaged ones. I want to say it's simply due to being offline and now online.Spoiler
