Custom Portrait Graphics -- Help?

Yo. I need help with modding the custom portraits of StarCraft. I've got the .smk files from the Archon exported and I downloaded the RAD Smacker Tools and all that. However, when I try to convert them to some editable format (.gif, .jpg etc) the "Convert" button is grayed out and I can't click it. I don't know if it's some sort of unclicked option or what, but it's slightly annoying.

Any ideas? Yes, I'm running as Administrator.

Use the old rad tools.

/e Unless you are and that's some different window, I remember it looking much, MUCH different. All that was necessary was selecting a smk and clicking save as bmps or whatever and it just poops them out. iirc the convert button was specifically for turning them into smks or something.

/e 2 I just checked their site and it doesn't seem they have the old rad tools on it anymore. I'll see if I can find it elsewhere.

Well guess what, I can't even find the old tools. I have them installed on my machine but they don't run on windows 7.

I think I found it. It doesn't run on windows 7, so it's definitely one of the old versions. Give it a shot.

Everywhere I find says that the new tools don't work for sc portraits.

Blizzard themselves also stated you have to use the old Smacker, I believe.
