Now, Diablo 2, that's a different story. It won't even play those most of the time.

Me neither. But I wouldn't be surprised if it'd happen to some sounds. I always record in 44khz and down it to 22.5khz because of filesize. SC2 will solve that, methinks. Ten years down the road and finally size doesn't matter anymore. Re: StarCraft: Vile Egression
You know higher numbers doesnt impress anyone Mr. Mesk 48 khz is just silly, do you erven know what it means? They call it 'float' for a reason.
But back on topic. I do hope the skill level of the campaign isnt to high. If I want to have a high skill game I play a human opponent, if I wanna enjoy a story and get swept up by it, I play a campaign.

Re: StarCraft: Vile Egression
I notice quite a big difference between 22 and 48. Enough to always use 48 in Starcraft. File size isn't a concern.
Also the notion that I am trying to "impress" someone is a bit... silly.

If it's too hard, just cheat like everyone else does.

How are your missions going to end then? Did you ever hate how blizzard's campaign maps abruptly ended with a "Victory" prompt when you finished an arduous mission? I sure fucking did. Hence, if that's the reason you aren't fond of going all-out in campaigns, then rest easy; for like the majority of any other blizzard-related scenarios, I don't intend to replicate that garbage.

StarCraft is rated T.IskatuMesk wrote: So? SC is rated M. If there are minors present, there shouldn't be.
Also I find it hilarious that you of all people would be concerned about "minors".
I agree. But not till July 31. I just know I won't get first... hopefully at least second. Or third. Heh, fourth, lol.Sodon wrote: This contest is over!

When it was released, SC was rated M. They later dropped the rating down to T.

Re: StarCraft: Vile Egression
My starcraft is rated M, and it contains elements that would probably keep it at M over here.

Another update.
Inevitable encounter:
Seems like fiddling with wireframes produced some surprising effects.
Furthermore, my hat goes off to Mesk and HKs for helping me with various issues during the construction of events posted in the video.
