Actually, I saw this question set long before Blizzard posted it as their Q&A. I was just hoping they weren't going to use it as their Q&A batch for this week but apparently they did.

What a waste. I want to know about Hardpoints, softcoded AI, animation weapon syncing, and other important info.

Actually those questions were interesting to read about.
I have seen the Desler.  I have tasted of his milk and honey.

I dont think they mentioned though if the Zerg buildings are lifted if they lose some health since dis-attached from the creep.

Zerg buildings will not take damage when they are lifted.
I thought that answered it.

It's stupid that Zerg building can be "unattached" ... I'd only believe that is part of the creep tore of and there was an amazing animation of blood spewing out of the building.

I thought serg buildings moving around meant they can only move to areas with creep...

wouldn't that mean they were more like, sliding across the creep, but still attached.
Now with 50% more lol, 50% more win, and 100% phlail.

Think of creep like oil.  It simply provides lubricant for the Zerg buildings, nothing more.

Creep = Zerg Oil.  This has been proven already.

The amount of win in those screenshots is huge.

1 (Jungle) - I really like the graphics of the Protoss buildings and that weird effect on top of some of them - does anyone know what it is? Also, aren't those trilobyte units cute?
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... Shir02.jpg[/imgwh]

2 (Jungle) - holy shit, those are some awesome-looking Zerg beasts. Also, the Warprays seem to have gained new graphics and a Dark Templar skin. Hmm... looks sweet. Also check the level of detail available: as goo drops from a Mutalisk, it falls on the water and even makes a little splashy effect.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... aven01.jpg[/imgwh]

3 (Twilight) - there's a small missile pod to the left of the Siege Tank (which looks much cooler in Tank Mode, IMO). The humvee unit and the airship look great as well.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... uras01.jpg[/imgwh]

4 (Desert) - Creep looks great now! I also love the artwork of the Dropship.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... Sara01.jpg[/imgwh]

5 (Jungle) - finally some water the units can interact with. I love how Colossi can step on the bottom of the lakes and ponds.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... Shir01.jpg[/imgwh]

6 (Desert) - awesome artwork on the Desert terrain.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... -Sammy.jpg[/imgwh]

7 (Jungle) - wow, wow. A deep cliff with a valley down there, and the doodads are looking good as well. And what's that spider thing all full of green goo? Oh, and that Overlord is also having Montezuma's revenge.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... -Sammy.jpg[/imgwh]

8 (Ashworld?) - big ZvZ battle. Kinda epic, with lots of fluids and masses of meat everywhere.
[imgwh 640x480]http://www.sclegacy.com/features/WWI08/ ... Char02.jpg[/imgwh]

9 - I know my SC2 campaign is going to feature one of those. ^^

I don't see any dark templar..? And the Warp Ray is exactly the same it's always been since it got a color change. (Edit - Okay, it's slightly stubbier. What?)

As for the "weird effect", that's the warp gate warp-in animation if you haven't seen its sc2 page.

The missile pod is not a missile pod, that's the Nomad gun turret.

Green thing filled with goo - Baneling building iirc

I saw a brief glimpse of a rather average-sized fight in real-time during Rob's presentation this morning and holy SHIT did it lag. We're talking like 2-4fps when it started. I think they run Dell XPS computers for their presentations/conventions so there's a good idea what kind of hardware anything decent is going to demand.
