This directory houses a large list of popular and effective StarCraft utilities. Among them you will find data editing, StarEdit enhancements, MPQ crafters and more. Note that files with the label CC next to them are supported by Campaign Creations, and we will attempt to help you via the forums if you have any questions. MPQ2K is a popular MPQ patch creater. It allows modders to compile a brand new MPQ that can be ran by anyone to temporarily modify their game experience. It is recommended you use MPQDraft with this program to create automatic modding applications.
MPQDraft [CC] Popular
MPQDraft was created to further extend the modding universe by allowing you to create a fully custom application file (EXE) that you can launch that runs your custom MPQ crafted with MPQ2K. These two work hand in hand.
WinMPQ (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm) Popular
This is an mpq archiver that uses SFmpq. It has an interface somewhat similar to WinZip. It currently has many features and is one of the best mpq archivers around.

List File - The main list file for majority of Blizzard's Games, used to list all files held within MPQ's.

This is an MPQDraft plugin that allows almost all modded files to be loaded directly from Starcraft maps. It also has the features of her playlist plugin integrated into it, so you can use those in your maps.

This program is a modification tool designed to allow access to the tech trees and button sets in StarCraft. In addition, it also has support for editing several different aspects of the game normally un-editable. This tool was created with modders in mind and was modeled after StarGraft and MemGraft, its predecessors.
DatEdit (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm) Popular
DatEdit was created as a successor to all Arsenal tools, which allows editing of unit, building, upgrades, and several other miscellaneous properties in StarCraft.
IceCC (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm)
This is an iscript.bin (Starcraft image script) decompiler and compiler. No other iscript.bin decompiler and compiler set is more correct on the names of animation types or its list of opcodes. Based on the source code for the original IceCC by DI.
TblPad (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm)
This is a tbl file editor. A successor to the TBL editing features in StarDraft.

Edits the lo* files that contain graphic offsets for turrets and other things.

This program creates templates for starcraft games, like melee, or Capture The Flag.
BinEdit (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm)
Views and edits Starcraft dialog boxes (BIN files). Bin Files are the layouts for interfaces, such as the location of resource counts, portrait display area, or the text displayed in the main menu, etc. (This program is also known as the StarCraft Diablog Editor.)
AIEdit (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm)
Here is an aiscript.bin/bwscript.bin editor that can change the labels, code pointers, where the scripts are in Staredit, and other things.
SCAIEdit 3.1 Popular
StarCraft AI Edit 3.1 is the latest stable version of the StarCraft AI script editor. This allows you to manipulate how the AI (Computer) opponent will act in certain preset scripts or in melee scripts as well, placing the mind of the AI in your hands.
MemGraft (1.10)
A .PAT filetype convertor, popular and still effective although it is best suggested to use this supplied version which works with version 1.10 of StarCraft as it is the most stable. (This effectively only makes any adjustments made with MemGraft work only with a user running StarCraft version 1.10.)
Grp Converter (External Link - ShadowFlare's Realm)
This program converts .grp graphics for Starcraft and Warcraft II to bitmap format (.bmp) and back. It supports both known .grp formats for those games, importing RLE and non-RLE bitmaps, and 3 of the more popular palette formats and has a very good encoding engine that will accept larger images, mismatched image sizes, and other irregularities that most other converters do not.

GRPedit is an advanced version of RetroGRP, featuring enhancements and more stability to edit those unit graphics. It has a much more understandable user interface however is still in development. Developed by BrookKiller.
StarGraft (1.07)
Created during StarCraft's highest peak of modding, StarGraft is intended to be used as a button and requirement editor, however only works with version 1.07 of StarCraft (and possibly lower). (This effectively only makes any adjustments made with StarGraft work only with a user running StarCraft version 1.07.)

SCMDraft is known as the most advanced StarEdit to date. Featuring many features, including all those in Starcraft X-tra Editor, this program is sure to confuse newcomers, best to stick with classic StarEdit or StarCraft X-tra Editor for a while.
StarCraft X-tra Editor (External Link - Stormcoast Fortress) Popular
This program has several different versions implimented, although it's main purpose is to allow the ability to place buildings and units practically anywhere, and acquire access to all StarCraft triggers and AI Scripts. Various other adjustments to StarEdit are also included.
