Old mods/resources available again

CC's update broke the AO page, so I made a page for it on Gameproc in the meantime. I also re-uploaded ITAS and HK. The assets from these projects are now fully available for non-profit projects including those outside of Starcraft.

I've also created the humble beginnings of our resource section on Gameproc. While it'll eventually feature a much larger dump of garbage, currently it's just host to some odds and ends for Brood War.
